The Helicopter Academy to Train by Simulation of Flying (HATSOFF) is a joint venture of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) of India and CAE of Canada. The HATSOFF Helicopter Training Centre offers a comprehensive turnkey facility for Helicopter flight training on level D Simulator. Beginning in 2010, HATSOFF has started offering complete training solutions for the Bell 412, the Eurocopter Dauphin AS365N3 and Civil/Conventional variants of the HAL built Dhruv Advanced Light Helicopter.
